So, its January 7th 2015 and everybody and their uncle has published predictions and Digital Marketing Trends for 2015. - Wearables – Smart watches to fitness trackers to smart clothes to smart glasses. We have not quite figured out how we will push marketing messages to these wearables much less run growth hacking campaigns to but they are definitely a common theme.
- Original video content – we all know how effective video content is these days but unique, good video is difficult to come by and produce. Whether its using your GoPro or mobile camera or hiring a fancy video production agency we all will be looking to produce more awesome video.
- NFC and Internet of Things keep popping up in a lot of the posts. Again, we think 2015 will be too soon for most marketers and growth hackers to figure out campaigns in these spaces. We reckon it will be a few more years before these technologies are ubiquitous enough to show up on marketing radars
