Growth Hacking Youtube in 2020

So within this video, I clear out many misconceptions that exist in the video content marketing sphere. I also explain the importance of good content, thoughtful distribution and most importantly, optimization.
Some notes worth sharing are:
Poor content won’t get you far… Sure, you can trick the system with distribution and optimization but the end receiver is the viewer. Youtube’s key indicator of how much organic promotion any content receives is watch-time.
Therefore;
Poor content, low watch time.
Good content, high watch time.
Additionally, failing to optimize your videos correctly with tags, front-loaded titles, cards, end screens, subs & thumbnails means you’re handicapping Youtube’s organic algorithm. Meaning that even if Youtube did decide to push your content to an audience after content & distribution were taken care off, it’d wouldn’t be able to because it doesn’t have the necessary keyword information.
And lastly, distribution. Promoting your video in relevant organic channels is an absolute must for any channel with a subscriber base of under 100,000. Your videos simply WON’T get the necessary flair they require in the initial stages of their release to convince the algorithm to promote them further…
