A Day in the Life of a UX Researcher working from home (WFH) during Quarantine. Mostly for fun, but also a few practical tips.

I know these are uncertain times, internships are being cancelled, people getting furloughed (whattuppp), and seems like very few employers are hiring. You may feel like you are stuck and unmotivated.

Fried Rice Recipe LOL
– Jasmine Rice
– Olive oil
– Light soy sauce
– Salt
– Sesame Oil
– Hoisin sauce
– Vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, broccoli)
– 4 eggs (3 yolk), scrambled
– Meat (your choice)
– Minced garlic
– Chopped green onions
– Red chili flakes

Directions:
Cook veggies, eggs, and rice separately
1) Heat olive oil on pan, drop minced garlic in
2) Mix in vegetables, stir fry
3) Add 2 pinches of salt
4) Drop in meat of your choice, cook thoroughly and plate, put aside
5) Olive oil, rice (add water if cold rice)
6) Drizzle soy sauce, and add 2 tsp of sesame oil, tiny bit of hoisin sauce if you want
7) Stir
8) Make a hole in the middle, scramble the eggs in the rice, or do it separately
9) Add your original plate of veggies back in, stir for another minute
10) Add green onions and red chili flakes, stir another 30 seconds
11) Enjoy
