This was very much a data analysis project. They have Google Analytics configured with a lots of data already gathered. They also had lots of data within Hotjar and Amplitude. They were already tracking the user path, like as example events like load a page, start a contract, make the conversion etc. And also had some heatmap results via Hotjar.

They needed us to analyze and interpret those results and data sets and apply some valuable strategies from derived insights to drive the end goal of new sign ups/.

Ligo.nl have their website that sells legal services to businesses such as company formation. The users can purchase these packages (they have different legal packages). The ideal persona is entrepreneur or small business.

Their goal was to increase the number of the memberships per month, In other word increase the number of people that complete all the customer journey and they pay.

They also wanted to :
-increase conversion rate of landing pages.
