- Responsible for the strategic development, vision, tactical planning & operational execution & effectiveness of Virgin Media online sales & brand activity & communications for “Quad play” offerings of mobile, television, broadband & telephone.
- Managed & delivered the eCommerce online plan to agreed objectives – including unique visitor traffic driven to the ecommerce elements of virginmedia.com & virginmobile.co.uk; conversion rates resulting from this traffic; ARPU, SAC, churn, revenue, contribution of connections acquired.
- Management of PPC, affiliates, direct partners & other content / OEM partnerships (e.g. Uswitch, moneysupermarket.com) to drive online acquisition & customer demand via unique visitors to relevant ecommerce areas of virginmedia.com & virginmobile.co.uk & generation of web generated telesales calls.
- Full responsibility for delivery of traffic & agreed cost per sale targets including media mix, budgeting & planning, & for the tracking & performance evaluation of online marketing activity.
