Provided End to End Go To Market plans and assets including website design and build, social media launch content including all posts/copy, videos, images for all the major social networks, email and CRM outreach, press release, bought media ads, and other channels. Setup forms and waitlists, analytics, tracking and reporting. Managed product marketing for Pre-Launch, Launch and Post-Launch.
The SAAS product is a new solution for search marketing and the proprietary technology won the Drum Search Awards May 2020 for ‘Most Effective Use of Technology’
Seconded to work on other projects such as a new Enterprise HubSpot CRM build and roll out for over 100 users. Managed the RFP process to acquire HubSpot, migrated 10,000 contacts, companies and deals and their data enrichment from 3 different legacy CRMs, setup all templates for email, landing pages, global workflows, automations and processes, defined playbooks and best practice guides, multiple reports and dashboards and everything in between so that HubSpot could become the central source of truth for all of Incubeta’s markets.
